Return Policy
All returns must be authorized in advance. Please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending any items back. Products are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of delivery. Returned items must be unopened, in their original, undamaged packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale. A copy of the original invoice must be included with the return shipment.
Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer; however, in certain cases, shipping expenses may be covered at the discretion of VM. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will process the return as an exchange, repair, or issue a full credit, depending on the situation.
